Each person pays a $25 donation to CTU to get the certificate to print out and bring to the DMV to get the plate. CTU will give $10 of that $25 donation back to each chapter, when the member enters your chapter code when filling out the form. Visit and fill out the application form. On that form there is a line for “Partner Code.” In that blank space  enter the number 508, the PPCTU chapter code. This partner code gets PPCTU $10.
