Board Positions and Current Officers

President: Allyn Kratz

Elected by the membership at the September 2017 meeting for a two year term. Duties: To be the Chief Operating Officer for the chapter, To preside over the meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Membership meetings.

Vice President: Vacant

The Vice President shall assume the duties of the President if the President is absent or unable to perform the President’s duties. The Vice President shall perform the duties assigned by the Board of Directors and the President.

Elected by the membership at the September 2018 meeting for a two year term. Duties: Shall serve in the specific capacity of maintaining the Chapters membership as well as promoting membership and maintaining board meeting minutes.

Treasurer: Terry Deaton

Terry Deaton

Elected by the membership at the September 2017 meeting for a two year term. Duties: To maintain the financial records and funds for the chapter and filing the required reports to maintain our 501 (c) 3 IRS status

Vice President for Conservation: Don Logelin

Elected by the membership at the September 2017 meeting for a two year term. Duties: To lead the Chapter’s conservation efforts and projects.

Vice President for Education: Michele White

Elected by the board at the September, 2018 Board Meeting for a two year term. Works on specific projects as assigned by the President and/or the board of directors. This is a learning position as well as an advisory position.

Vice President for Communications: Daniel Korleski

Elected in March 2020 for a Two year term. Duties: Manage the Chapters Communication tools used for its members.

Vice President for Programs: Vacant

Duties: Shall serve in the specific capacity of coordinating the Chapters membership meeting programs.

 

Vice President for Membership: Larry Kudryk

Elected by the membership at the March 2021 meeting for a two year term. Duties: shall recruit and maintain membership and the programs that are implemented for this purpose and maintain the membership roster.

Vice President for Governmental Affairs – Doug Krieger

Elected by the membership at the March 2021 meeting for a two year term. Duties: shall coordinate all communications with political leaders, governmental agencies and private groups, as well as provide timely updates on relevant legislation and other issues affecting the cold water resource.
